There's not really much to be said IMO, you seem to have a solid plan already just stick with it. As for the language class Spanish could be useful as more than just a grade for a class but of value in clinical settings.
 
Just remember to focus on coursework; don't let your grades suffer by doing too many ECs.

Spanish, I have read, is looked upon more and more favorably and may be of use to you in clinical settings. I would take the Spanish class if I had a chance at my current school because of how important it is in many communities.
