Sorry to break it to you, but a 457 being your highest score a few days before your exam was a big red flag for possible failure to begin with. Your actual score doesn’t matter — only that you were at risk of failing and you did.
That said, it doesn’t hurt to have them try and investigate if something might’ve gone wrong.
As far as the future goes, how many times did you go through UW and how did you fair?
