You will MOST LIKLEY be ok but it sometimes can be school specific. Best thing to do is consult MSAR/call schools to confirm.

Thanks, that's what I expected. I need to drop it soon so was hoping someone else had done something similar and could tell their experience. I could always take it later on but this semester would be my best bet if I for sure had to take it.
 
Well I just spent the past 30 minutes looking up every school I plan to apply to and only 1 of them seemed to require it, 3 of them I couldn't tell if they'll need it or not due to vague wording. If they do and I get accepted and want to go there I'll take it over the summer. The other 20 some schools are either competency based or just straight up don't require it. Sorry for the pointless thread, should've just done this from the start.
