Actually your sGPA is fine. It's pretty low, but it's not disqualifying. The two major flaws I see is a low DAT (especially 16's in two subsections) and a very small list of schools applied to, some of which are not that out-of-state friendly either. I think you should retake your DAT, get a 22+ (ideally 23-24) and apply much more broadly than you did this cycle, aka most of the more expensive private schools. If you do that and apply in June I think you'll get some interviews. You can even enroll in a post-bacc starting this fall and drop the post-bacc after the fall if you get accepted somewhere, or continue it into the Spring if you have to reapply again the following summer.
