Carver is a much better school, but since you're interested in FM/staying in Arizona, it might be better to do U of A. True P/F is really sweet too. I would wait until financial aid packages are released before making a decision though.

Can you adjust to a much different environment/weather than Arizona? I would choose Arizona, especially if you want to practice there in the future, your family is there, and it's P/F. Iowa is a great school too though!
