I agree with the facilities being a little old, but that's about all the negatives I could think about when I visited. The student body, location, and grading system are unbeatable.

Another thing, do not underestimate the weather. Seriously. Four years in 70 degree, year around weather is way better than the frigid cold Boston winters (no offense). Did you see the Boston marathon today?

Let us know what you choose! I am on the waitlist at BU so I have my own selfish motives, but either would be a great school to attend (barring tuition and weather differences). Also something to consider is the construction concerns at BU. If you believe their timeline it will be completed by your 4th year.

Dental school is rough wherever you go but its nice to be able to say... "well, at least the weather is nice today"

Don't even second guess your decision to go to UCLA, you'll know once you start your dental education.

Go to UCLA. It is a very highly regarded education in our field, with exceptional specialization rates.

My buddy landed a Harvard residency after his UCLA schooling. BU is on the other spectrum entirely.
