Assuming you receive a 4.0 the remaining 2 years with the same average units/semester, the highest GPA you will be applying with would be a 3.7 (3.6 without a gap year). I'm not too sure what the average GPA for t20 are, but I think a 3.7 is the average matriculated GPA for all medical schools, so t20 median GPA should be higher. That being said, a killer MCAT and activities I think could make up for a GPA that is slightly below median. I would buy the MSAR for any schools you were specifically looking at.
