I will be submitting my Primary before I receive my MCAT score. How many throwaway schools do I need to put in the app?

Which would be a better choice to put: EVMS (VA) or Howard U (DC)? These two are at the bottom of my list

You should add one throwaway school. Ideally it should be such a reach school that there is little chance of acceptance anyway, and so the weak MCAT / re-applicant status will not affect your application that much. It would be better to do this than being a re-applicant at a school that you have a better chance of acceptance at.

TL;DR - Harvard is a good choice.

BTW, if you're not African-American or lack substantial service to communities of color, there is no reason why any of the HBCs should be on your list, period. Do your research, people!
