Majority of the MD/PhDs you've listed are extremely competitive and I would consider adding a few mid/low tier schools to your list. A wise Fencer once told me "Just as you are asking schools to look at you as having great potential with a low MCAT, you also will need to look for programs with great potential but not the seal. Be creative..."
I applied last cycle and had a similarly low MCAT, high GPA, lots of research/publications/prestigious fellowship, and was not URM, but got a few interviews and was fortunate enough to be accepted to a fantastic MD/PhD program. Fencer will probably advise best, but you can PM me for my school list and more info from last cycle.
