You have to find what makes you happy. Have you been volunteering? shadowing? etc. "I have no answer" meaning you've been doing absolutely nothing? Better think of something better than that to write. Do what makes you happy.
 
I’m in a conflicted situation.

There is prob not a definitive answer to this, but what would you do in my situation? I am looking for advice or options.
A patient comes to you and explains that they feel hopeless, helpless, trapped, and discouraged. What do you tell them to do?
a) Discuss your conflicted feelings with your doctor.
b) Make an appointment at your school's counseling center.
c) Ask your local religious leader to meet with you about your feelings of dread.
d) Consider seeing a psychologist for some career counseling.
e) Reach out to your friends and ask for their input.

It's OK to pick more than one answer.
