Typically there is a little presentation about financial aid that they'll give your interview group. That's when/who you'd ask about scholarships.
I mean, just general questions or whether you are competitive? General questions can be saved for the financial aid presentation. Other questions either wouldn't be answered anyway or there won't be a point in asking them.
