Secondaries are often a tax on the hopelessly naïve, if not pathologically optimistic.

I had an interview and acceptance already with a sub-500z Although my other stats are incredibly high cgpa- 3.94 sgpa- 3.86.

I have a friend with a 490-499 and 3.9x gpa with no II from TMDSAS schools and some AMCAS schools. Also, they are TX in-state, URM, and served in the military. They also have loads of research with cancer, obesity, and DM.

It would have been helpful to specify that fact, given that this is a pre-allo thread.

If you go in some of the DO school specific threads there are some sub-500 MCATs getting interviews. Some schools have averages of 500-502 so you know there will be some with sub 500 scores. These people probably have high GPAs and good extracurriculars though. If you’re talking about strictly MD probably not.
