90k for colorado is probably not worth it unless you have a compelling reason... rochester and einstein are both strong programs, especially since you are interested in nsg and academics. School rep does matter for academics, so I would decide between those two although leaving behind your support system sucks.

What is this 2015 alumni contribution study btw?

Sounds like you liked Einstein the most, Rochester came in a close second, but LSU would be more comfortable and provide a better support system. I think it can be boiled down to a few things.

Einstein and Rochester are much higher ranked, much better in regards to research
Both have P/F
Both have well off step score averages
Both are in NY, in the cold
Rochester would be about 20k cheaper, pretty insignificant long term I feel like.

LSU is closer to family and cheaper

So ask yourself first, is family and cost what matters? Or P/F, rankings, step score, reseach, etc.

If the former, then decision made and you're going to LSU! If the latter, then decide if you want to live in Rochester or NYC and your decision is made.

Colorado seems too expensive and like your least favorite. Also, and maybe this is just because I got rejected post interview from there, but it was the one school I interviewed at where students seemed like they were overwhelmed with the amount of work and were a little unhappy because of it. A lot of students did seem super happy though. Also, Denver is awesome, they are highly ranked, etc etc it's a solid school. But my impression was you don't want to go there.

Personally I'd choose Einstein or Rochester because the pros I listed there are more important to me, and more so Einstein because of recorded lectures, better name brand, and NYC. But this is a personal decision.

I think to make this decision you have to figure out if your priority is being close to your SO/family during medical school and cost vs rank/prestige.

One thought is that it's possible LSU's match list is in-state heavy because that is what LSU students, being predominantly from LA, would prefer and ranked higher in ERAS.
