When reporting your hours for participation in school organizations (run by students, changes every year), who would you list as the contact?

A faculty advisor or sponsor, an officer of the organization, a co-member, or yourself, with preference in that order.

Thanks for the reply. There isn't a faculty advisor, and the club leaders change year after year - so would I just put the leader for the year I am applying? I also guess my main problem is that there isn't a record of past points/hours spent on the club, so whoever I list for verification wouldn't know anyway (I have been keeping track in my own spreadsheet).

That's great that you kept your own records. You might share a copy of your spreadsheet to get them up to speed.
