Thanks for the reply. So are you sure it won't be a red flag for me to still meet with the Dean?

I'm kinda worried my meeting will not have any traction considering the Dean will know I'm already accepted to a med school...it's not like he can say, "Improve your MCAT, etc" because he knows I won't be following that recommendation. I also don't want to come across as ungrateful, greedy, or desperate or as if I'm wasting the Dean's time that could be better spent advising an applicant who hasn't been accepted and needs input for next cycle.

Please lmk if I am overthinking this. I want to keep the appointment and meet the Dean, because I love this school! But I don't want to do this if it can jeopardize my chances on the WL.
Then don't mention tbe other accept, just ask his advice

What’s the concern? I am not understanding something.

Are you not planning to attend OOS school and reapply? See if the dean can get you off the waitlist, if no, ask for advice.

I'd just be honest and say that originally you booked the meeting to discuss improvements to your app for reapplying, but you have gotten this OOS acceptance which you are grateful for. Express that you are still very much hoping to attend this dean's school and ask for advice going forward in medical school

No I am not planning to reapply. I will go to the OOS school if I don't get in to the IS school. But I really prefer the IS school! Which is why I am debating about meeting with the Dean...I want to come across as sincere though, not desperate. I posted this thread to check if meeting wth the Dean about feedback (after I've already gotten an acceptance elsewhere) could have a negative impact on my WL chances.

look, there is NOTHING wrong with you already having a different acceptance. If anything, it makes you look competitive. Meet with the dean, tell him/her how much you want to attend, ask how is their WL is organized, and when do they expect the main waitlist movement. If i were you, i would also write a very nice Letter of Intent, print it out, and bring it to the meeting in an envelope. I am not sure if this matters, but i think it could be a nice gesture.
Most importantly, look excited about the school!
