I'm not sure if this is the right answer, but I would just have the registrar send in a new transcript with your spring quarter grades. Or you could wait until the next Academic Update period which is from August 14-Sept 30 if you decide to turn in your application before then. However, I would think that schools might wonder why you didn't send in a new transcript if you had the chance, so I would err on the side of caution and just send in a new one.
 
I would have a new transcript sent. I always was under the understanding that you request and send transcripts after your spring grades posted
