Sounds almost like a philosophy course. Totally depends on the code/department it is in whether it will count toward sGPA. I'd take it regardless cuz it sounds interesting

There are subtle loopholes, but I don't think it would qualify in this case unless the department here was physics. I took a thermodynamics class that was in the engineering department (listed as such on my transcript) and I put it as chem on AMCAS because I got an A and they accepted it as BCPM.
If your course categories were mis-assigned, would this stop you from getting verified? I only wonder because some of my courses were very niche, and only fit as a particular category (which was considered sGPA, despite not being the most sciencey of courses).
