Even if they do report me, does the board really come down to me for stupid shot like this? I think rxprep is somehow being delusional there and thinking they own the state governments.
You, who broke the contract, want to stake your claim on them breaking the contract they didn’t break?I’m more concerned with my legal rights as a consumer. To be honest, I’m not particularly worried about the reporting BS but if they terminate the contract earlier than what we had agreed on, then I should be able to get my money back for the rest of the months. right?

Don’t be too sure. The board has a morality clause. This fool got his license taken away:

If that’s the case they should definitely expect a defamation lawsuit

They have the right to terminate the contract earlier because you violated the agreement.. what part do you not understand?
Again this is not about the $$$$$ or my license anymore. This is about my legal right as a consumer. I am willing to fight this battle against them for me, for you, and for everybody in the universe.
It wasn't blackmail. You can't really sue them.Well, also since I just got out of school and can’t afford to have an actual lawyer yet, You guys are my best sources of opinions, can I sue them for that email, I feel like I was somehow blackmailed and threatened.

And he has the right to chargeback the amount from rxprep for failure to deliver services as described, regardless if he’s guilty of violating T&C or not.
That’s the merchant agreement rxprep signed with their processor.
All you judgy people need to read better. OP didn't actually sell the materials. They posted an ad that went nowhere. As long as they didn't actually break the terms of use, it's 100% legally fine.
I suspect the goal is to sell access elsewhereEither initiate a chargeback for not receiving the full access to a product you paid for or move on. You passed the exam right?
we will report the unethical behavior to the state board in which you are licensed, to your employer (if known) and will initiate criminal charges.
I am not sure I follow your logic. RxPrep absolutely did deliver services as described. They described deactivating the account for violating the TOS (presumably). On what grounds could OP argue he is owed a charge back?
