I think it's fine to include, just be honest about it. You could list the activity as "CPR Instructor" and then, in the details, note that you also taught PALS when needed.

Ultimately I doubt anyone is going to actually care about what you did specifically. It's just not that big of an activity. Whether you mention it or not probably won't make much of a difference.
