I’ve never heard of a disability being seen as a positive due to the technical aspects of medicine ya feel me. I’d also imagine that some disabilities, especially those regarding mental health, will not be seen as a positive (and will not be seen as neural either, hence, the only other option would be negative)
 
Many people with disabilities can meet the technical requirements. This would include people with amputations, and spinal cord injuries.
In terms of schools that might see the potential of such applicants, I'd start by comparing the list of medical schools (MSAR) with the list of facilities with physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) residency programs.
