I have all 32 of my secondaries submitted, but my dang committee letter won't be uploaded until 8/15/19 at the latest, and the wait is killing me. Do you know if schools will look at applications without the LOR and then will hit II or R shortly after they get the LOR? Or do they completely ignore apps missing LOR until the LOR are received?

I may be wrong but I think it depends on the school, honestly.

It is school specific, but from my experience, schools won't look at application until they are complete. What is considered a complete application is up to the individual school, but usually that means required LOR are included.
