Hello im a pre med student with a 3.1 science and overall gpa. I suffered the first 2 years of university because i used to live in a third world country and transitioning here was not easy at all and my mom has a serious heart condition and doesnt speak english so i had to take care of her most of my time. Im working on getting my gpa up im sure i can get it to a 3.4 overall and 3.35 science gpa . I have no shadow experience or volunteering but i just applied to volunteer at a hospital and im working on getting an undergrad research opportunity. I have volunteered at a syrian camp educating parents about birth control and helping war kids with concurring their phobias from the war.I have also shadowed a doctor in italy If i manage to get a 501 on my mcat do you think i have a chance at DO school ?

I suggest that you shadow a doctor here in the US, especially a DO.
Your GPA is weak for DO schools (lethal at mine) but not 100% lethal.
Do not apply until you get in some 150 hrs experience with patients.
