NBME exams a few days before helped me get in their question "mindset." I tend to focus on being question-heavy over the last few days, since notes review is pretty passive and doesn't hammer in anything new.

Did you do them all?
Would you recommend all of them vs. finishing UW? I'd be between 70-80% done with UW if I did them all
 
Also where are you finding these exams? I see one on NBME's site but people talk of there being 4?

Do you have a mynbme account?

I've only taken the Ob-Gyn shelf, but I did pretty well, so I'm assuming my plan transfers
