Would get rid of the SUNY schools and U of Illinois and add Case, Dartmouth, UVM, Brown.

Also, if this is what you will have by app year then your volunteering is severely severely lackluster. Bump that up a few hundred hours. Also, along the same lines, you need to get off campus.
