silence better than rejection. i have complete silent too lol. i am nervous too.

It's still early, your MCAT is far above average for DO. You will get an interview somewhere, the cycle is still going strong.

I have similar stats (3.2/514) and got 2 rejections this week but have had total silence otherwise. I’m hoping the rejections mean that schools are finally looking at my app. It’s tough but I’m still trying to stay positive!

I would only worry after Thanksgiving, and even then, anything could happen until April.

I’m going to say worry after Thanksgiving as well but you should be fine if your ECs are decent and everything is well written in app.
Schools like PCOM and LECOM take a while/ get a pile of apps. Did you get in an app to schools like DMU KCU RVU etc?

I have applied to 15 schools all DO. 8 in August, 4 in September, 3 in October. My stats are 3.3/3.3 510. I have complete radio silence. Not even a rejection. I'm browsing here and seeing tons of people that applied after me get interviews and acceptances at the same schools. Spirits are low ngl
After the New Year.

But as the DO cycle is longer, you might be getting IIs tomorrow, or in April.

Agree with Goro. If you have nothing after thanksgiving, then just accept that it’s very likely nothing will happen until after Xmas bc schools are trying to get gone for the holidays just like everyone else. So try to enjoy your holiday.

Applied October 2nd last year - did not get my first interview until February 15th, then my second came on March 23rd. You have plenty of time.

Give some of the schools a call. It is not uncommon for apps to sometimes get passed over by accident. I've seen it happen multiple times. Give them a call and ask.

I would not do this.
I’ve seen people call a school, asking for an update and the admissions director said realized they meant to review their application. They got an II the next day. Personally I called a school this cycle asking for an update cause I had not received a secondary for a while. I got off the phone and got my secondary 20 min later. Obviously don’t call schools that don’t like it. For example, I’ve heard PCOM does not want phone calls. Others are very receptive of it, do your research first. To each their own I guess
