Having read your post before you deleted it, you need to change your thought process, and now. Judging a residency program by the races of the students that make up the program is insane. You may think it's fine to think like that if you keep it private, but I guarantee that it slips out and taints your interactions with people over time, which is likely a part of why you are complaining about how the residents at your home program don't like you.
