Is your name on the grant?

In my current research position, I spend a ton of time working on grants with my PI. We were just awarded one for $115k. I spent about 100 hours working on this grant, so I’m pumped.

Is this worth including in an update letter? I already have a mid author publication I’m sending as an update, along with the 500 hours I’ve spent in this lab. Should I leave this out of my update?

Only if the grant was awarded to you. Otherwise, it's your PI's grant.
