I might consider a few others such as Georgetown or GW but this one is my top choice

Hey there! I got into Gtown and JHU's HSI. Could you tell us more about why this program is your top choice? Im leaning a bit more towards Gtown because of their medical school curriculum and its integration into the SMP. Do you guys have any thoughts on this?

Go with what feels right. I am favoring this program because of the great things i've heard about it. One of my brothers actually went through it (he's in medical school now) and had a positive experience. He mentioned how hands on the staff were when mentoring him throughout the application process and how the structure and classes helped better prepare him. Hearing that was enough for me. He's a straight laced gent and I trust his judgement.

Do you know if he liked the aspect where you get to choose your own classes in the program? Also did he apply the same year he attended the program or did he have to do a glide year?

So as you might already know there are 6 classes that you are required to take and the remaining 4 are of your choosing (all upper level sciences). He mentioned that he liked the flexibility and the option to delve deeper into a topic of his choice.

He applied at the conclusion of the program so yes, he did take a glide year

Ah I see, that is helpful to know! Do you know if he took the glide year upon recommendation of the program or if he himself preferred to take a glide year?

Hello, do any of you mind sharing your stats if you got accepted? Would be helpful thanks!
