i'm a undergrad student who goes to ubc and was accepted in the sep round of interviews, from what i heard in previous years only 10% of out of province people were accepted into the program. However this year they've been revamping the entire system so that % could be changed, i would suggest contacting the admissions office to ask? or feel free to pm if you have questions 🙂
