You should at least apply to all NY schools (excluding Cornell and NYU, I suppose you can reach for Columbia if you want). You’re missing quite a few (Upstate, Hofstra, NYU-LI, etc).

With no clinical volunteering hours your chances for interviews will be limited. Accumulate 200+ hours before you apply.
I suggest these schools with your stats and current ECs:
All 4 SUNYs
Albany
New York Medical College
Hofstra
Einstein
Seton Hall
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont

While I know the clinical volunteering might be low, I would consider the phlebotomy externship as contributing to your clinical exposure. You may have a bit more flexibility if you intend to stay in-state, so check with admissions recruiters about your situation. At least with those metrics, you should have a strong shot at a medical school especially in-state, so apply to all of them.
