To try to avoid bias based on looks, I try to only glance at the photos and I promise I have never noticed anyone’s collar. No need to retake in my opinion.
 
Rather than worry, just have another photo taken (by a friend). As much as we hope that minor things will not affect the outcome, why not control the things that we can? A single good-hearted individual may fight the urge to judge you for the photo but for every one of those, there are dozens who won't make the effort.
