A newspaper story is not part of your application. It is highly unlikely that the story will ever come to light. If I had a dime for every applicant who reported underage drinking, I'd be retired and drinking a Mai Tai on a tropical island.

Let the application cycle play out. If you have applied wisely, you should end up with at least 3 interviews and at least one offer by the end of March.
