I've been working as a CNA during this whole thing. There are risks that come with being in that environment, but the facility should provide you with proper PPE to reduce your exposure. Hope that helps!
 
it's possible and i'm sure a lot of those centers need help. It's obviously a high-risk setting and you'd need proper PPE to protect yourself and the patients. You'd probably also have to be very careful not to acquire COVID in the community and introduce it to those high-risk individuals. Would also depend on your health and whether you can afford getting COVID - i mean, none of us want it, but if you get it, then you're out of commission for a couple weeks which may not be feasible if you have other things going.
