When I asked DCC, they told me physicians take the 3 week course, medical students take the 4
 
Last I knew physicians take the shorter 3 week course. We had no medical students in my rotation. All were nurses, PT's, MSC folks, etc..

Then again I did mine in September so that might have been why.
