Add Duke, Wake, Miami, Netter, Sinai, Pitt, Vandy, some DO schools on the West Coast, Gtown, GWU, SLU, Creighton, EVMS

I'll help you. Arizona - Phx takes few out OOS. UCR is only worth applying to if you live in or have strong ties to the area around the school (Inland Empire). So, you might drop those two. UC Davis seems to want ties to No Cal but I'm not sure how hard and fast that is. From Goro's list, Wake Forest is pretty low yield and Netter might resource protect given your MCAT. You could delete, but if you can afford it I'd keep those two.
