Yeah but total hours (I have heard of a lot of MSTP applicants with 2-6k+)

Yes, I am also an MSTP applicant with several MD/PhD interviews and know people on the trail who have far fewer hours.

I am not an applicant yet and was going based off things I had read/heard, but am glad to know I was thinking about it the wrong way. Thanks for the info
