Your application is very strong. Continue doing non clinical volunteering until app day. Your list is fine. You can probably remove a couple schools like UMass. The shadowing hours aren’t a problem as you have a good amount of clinical experience. Just make sure to write and speak intelligently about it.

That's awesome! I actually develop apps too (though when I applied, I didn't have this on my app so I am not quite sure how it will be perceived). I doubt it could hurt though!
