Well, if money isn't an issue for your personal situation, then go where you like more. What is the problem exactly?

As an M1 at Wake, I must say I absolutely love the school and I’m stoked to be here. I would never change my choice, however, the biggest problem is definitely the price. If you’ll graduate debt-free regardless, then Wake is an awesome choice. But looking at the IS price for MCG, the difference would be $120k over the four years, and that is crazy.

Yeah 4x the tuition is really the biggest point. I fully recognize that I'm lucky enough to have parents who can take the cost, but it would still be a pretty significant burden on them. I think I'm leaning Wake especially with p/f step 1, but I am definitely open to being convinced otherwise.

If it will be a financial burden, check out the match lists for both schools over the past few years to assuage your concerns. MCG seems to match well in the specialties you’re interested in.
