Just apply and give it your best shot. It sucks but it happened. Not the end of the world.

they will find out, not sure about exactly when, but they will find out. I would apply anyways. Worst case scenario you can still apply for GPR as ortho match day is much earlier than GPR
 
I failed NBDE Part II the first time. Didn't deter me from going into a GPR and eventually Endo residency. Bottom line is that you passed so I'd send the scores.
