congrats on great choices. Can't really go wrong, but I'll offer my thoughts:
If your career goal is to become a practicing physician, then Brown makes sense and will relieve a lot of pressure.
If your goal is to go into academic medicine, or you may be open to other directions, then Harvard would be my choice.
