No. It's likely that you won't be able to use them as an letter writer for concern that they may write a weak letter, but there's no reason to list minor corrections on your application. If these were just lab errors and didn't endanger any patients then I wouldn't worry about it.

How serious were the mistakes? I don’t think you’re under obligation to report them on apps, nor to update schools if the application has already been submitted. That being said the job might not be a good fit and it would be ok to look for something that is a better fit, whether it’s the culture of the job or it doesn’t match up with your strengths (I am a terrible restaurant hostess and don’t think that reflects on my abilities to be a physician for example). Please correct me if I’m misunderstanding.

Ok, med school applications aren't scales for you to measure the positives and negatives of your entire academic and professional life. They ask very specific questions that will tell them if 1) you have the general intelligence to become a physician, 2) you have the general morality to be a physician, and 3) if you have anything that would prevent you from being licensed as a physician in the future (crimes, drugs, etc.)

More to the point, everybody lies about little things. Many people have been fired from one job or another for poor behavior, incompetence, or just incompatibility with the boss. Smart people just never bring it up in a professional setting again because it really doesn't provide any value and will only serve to hinder your career.

Left the job after 3 months? Either remove it from your resume or just say you had to quit for personal reasons no one will delve any deeper.
 
There's nowhere where you have to state that you got fired from somewhere on your AMCAS app. You could always say you left because you were interested in doing something else or really any excuse. Obviously this could make it hard to get a LOR from here, and idk if I'd commit a big portion of my essays towards an activity that I won't be getting an LOR from. Still, don't sweat it.
