If SLU students have no problem matching to CA, then it’s hard to turn down 100k+ of savings to a well established school.
 
Honestly I would say go with your gut. $100K is not that much to turn down if you feel that living in NYC and having the resources of Einstein would make for a better experience for the next four years. But also, if you don't really care and just want to go to school as cheap as possible, SLU is not a bad place to end up either. If I were in your shoes personally I would probably choose Einstein, but I can understand why you or someone else would choose otherwise.
 
If you want competitive specialty, Einstein. NYC is amazing too. If don't want anything competitive and/or don't care too much for being near the greatest city in the world, then slu is a better choice.
