You have a well-rounded application with an OK GPA and a very strong MCAT + strong SMP + URM. I think you're over-applying.

For the NY state schools you need to make it clear that you have strong ties via secondaries.

You could cut some from the top that are pipe dreams for everyone: Harvard, Hopkins, NYU. You could cut Brown for having a pretty small class. You could cut Quinnipiac, Drexel as they might resource protect you out.

Otherwise cut based on location to get it down to 30.

I lived there for 22 years and my immediate family is there! Just moved to Washington and established residency about a year ago.

You should mention your ties to New York for all NY schools you apply to. You could add these MD schools:
TCU-UNT
Western Michigan
Miami
USF Morsani
Loyola
