I have 4 letters I could potentially use but I only need 2 more. I’m having a hard time deciding which ones would be better to use.

Here are the options:
1. Research: worked more with the grad student and I didn’t really like this experience that much but I put a lot of hours into it. It would probably be a good letter.
2. Orientation Team Supervisor: Orientation team is one of my most meaningful experiences and I think this would be a strong letter. I’ve also known her the longest.
3. Urgent Care Physician: I think this would be a strong letter and speak to how I interact with patients. This is also from one of my most meaningful experiences
4. My physician mentor: I never worked with her in a clinical setting but I have a strong relationship with her and she asked me if she could write me a letter. I think it would be good.

Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙂

It depends on the rest of your application and whoever you think can write you the strongest letters.

You will also find that most medical schools also want letters from your college professors, usually in your major or a science course.
Once you have those, you will be able to select letters for each school based on what they want.
Some schools allow lots of letters, and others have specific requests and a limit on how many you can send.
When you have your letters uploaded to AMCAS, you will assign specific letters to each school.

The Orientation Team Supervisor and Urgent Cate Physician sound the strongest, so that’s probably the best options to give to them to prepare a committee letter.

I have two science and one non-science letter already completed. The problem is that I’m using my school’s letters packet so once they submit the packet I can’t change anything. I was told by my advisor that not using the letters packet service is a red flag because it looks like I don’t take advantage of the resources my school offers.
I assure you that the absence of a prehealth committee letter will not stop an admissions committee from sending you an invitation to interview or an offer because "you don't use a prehealth advising office". What letters does your advisor suggest?

For AMCAS, I think you can still add more letters, right?
