My aspiration in terms of specialities right now are ophtho, derm, and ortho and eventually I wanna end up in my hometown of Chicago. I don’t wanna do anything too crazy seeing patients and conducting research and maybe an associate professor at a med school.

My opinion - (I'm not a dense-packed urban city person)

Creighton and don't think twice. Both Catholic universities, both well established medical schools.
Georgetown seems to be a stressful type-A environment.
Omaha is a lovely city and I would rather live there for 4 years than in Washington DC.
