Usually the school who accepts you will ask for your FINAL transcript as a condition of enrollment. (And as mentioned AMCAS doesn't actually send official transcripts to the schools.)

True, particularly if you had not yet graduated at the time you applied but your final transcripts shows that you were awarded a degree.
