PC/Diversity: I'm not a true fan of any. They're specific about asking how you will add to the education of your peers. Moving could work depending on what you write.
Unique Experiences/Adversity: Honestly could discuss all 3 (Either separate paragraphs or weave things together if its a natural relation)

You should be able to talk about more than one diverse element of your identity. Good luck.
