go look at page 61 of the AMCAS manual.
did you affirm that you have no other test scores expected?
did you e-sign the Certification statement that attests to your accuracy & truthfulness on the application?
did you enter your payment?

I still see a red "message banner" on MSAR today (July 4) saying they are having trouble with the payment portal, and that when it is resolved the banner will be taken down.

I looked on AMCAS and saw nothing but did see a message on the MSAR login page
