Hi. I've been blessed with the opportunity to have several interviews in the upcoming weeks. I'm an ESL applicant, and I have to admit I'm super nervous about my interviews. I usually don't have any problem writing or understanding English. However, when I get nervous, I usually stutter when trying to speak English. I manage to convey my ideas and thoughts, but I have to admit that my delivery isn't the best. Should I tell my interviewers about this beforehand? Thanks for all the tips.
Absolutely not. You should not do this. This will only bias the interviewer against you.

Ultimately, you're going to deal with many stressful and nerve-wracking situations, e.g. angry patients, bigoted patients, running a messy code, etc. In these moments, telling them that English is your second language will not give you any extra slack.

However, some nervousness is expected! So as long as your stuttering isn't too frequent and distracting, you should be fine. Just my thoughts.
