Conjunctivitis should not stop you from interviewing I would not bring it up or email anyone I would attend the virtual interview and kill it
I agree with continuing with the virtual interview. I would very briefly address it during the individual interviews themselves.
My approach would be to throw in a very quick "by the way, I apologize if my eyes are a bit watery, I am just getting over some conjunctivitis" during my introduction and then moving on.
